At CCSM, there are a number of fun and special occasions for families to get together to enjoy new friends, learn new things and deepen our faith together.
Train Day, Saturday, January 30, 3:00-5:00 pm.
Calling all train buffs! Our church rooms will be filled with big electric trains and small Brio sets to entertain the youngest and the oldest. There will be train crafts, train cakes and goodie bags for the youngest train fans. Bring some finger "train food" to share and join us for great afternoon of fellowship and fun. Train lovers from ages 2 to 92 are invited!
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, February 16, 2009 6:15-7:30 pm
It’s an old tradition of using all the fat in the house before Lent, merged with a new tradition of celebrating Lent as a family. Since everyone likes breakfast for dinner, all ages are invited for pancakes this evening. Pancake races, Lenten Bingo game and a church treasure hunt will complete the evening!
