Meet Our Music Director Bill Coye

Bill Coye, with his masterful baton, leads our church Chancel Choir and organizes the music ministry here at the Congregational Church of San Mateo. Bill graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Music Education. When not at church, he can be found lugging around a large woodwind instrument, otherwise known as a bassoon, which he plays in the San Jose Wind Symphony. Bill is active in conducting pit orchestras for community theatre. Twice a year Bill combines orchestra and choir here at church for an amazing worship service!
